What if my items are damaged, incorrect, or missing?
If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please email us and include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the item it was received.
There are some scenarios in which the order is received in poor condition due to poor carrier handling during transit. We realize these situations happen, and we will strive to make them right.
