How do we ship?

We use USPS as our primary shipping option. There are some scenarios depending on the area code being used, which will lead to the package being shipped either UPS or FedEx. 

• If you need to change your address to accommodate you better, please email us. 
• We will only be able to update the address if the other has not been committed to the fulfillment line. (Within 1-8 hours of the order being made). Any time after that, we cannot guarantee an address change will be made.

For Canada orders, we will use USPS. The tracking will have a delay in updates and a longer transit time due to customs and the flow through many distribution facilities.
